Catering

Treat friends and family to top-notch catering they will remember long after the event is over.  We use fresh ingredients with tasty recipes that continue to receive rave reviews from our guests in person and online.  A $25 per person food and beverage minimum is required for all events.  Please also budget for 6% tax and a 20% service charge.  Outside food is not allowed with the exception of wedding cakes.

Popular appetizers include items such as charcuterie grazing stations displayed on natural stone, platters of focaccias, stuffed mushrooms and seafood cakes, various meat items such as smoked salmon displays, beef and chicken satays, shrimp cocktail and more.

Buffets entrees are in the $27 – $45 range per person and include duel entree options with USDA choice beef with popular chicken and salmon options.  We also offer Italian and BBQ options and single entrée buffets such Chicken Parmesan with Pink Vodka Sauce, Herb Roasted Pork Loin with Brie Cream Sauce, Santa Maria Grilled Tri-Tip and more.

Plated dinners are in the $33 – $60+ range and include our highest end USDA Choice beef entrees such as Angus Prime Rib, Tenderloin Medallions and various options for Chicken, Pasta, Seafood, Pork, Vegetarian and Vegan dishes.  Plated meals are available indoors only for events with less than 130 guests.  Buffets are available both indoors and outdoors.

Final menu decisions and guest counts are due two weeks prior to your event.  You will be billed on the guaranteed count or the actual count, whichever is greater.  Children 12 and under are billed at half price for buffets and an alternate children’s dish may be provided for plated events.  A maximum of 15% of the total guest count may be billed as a children’s plate.

Per health code, no leftover food is allowed to leave the premises.
