Private Venue Options
Both rooms include beautiful Christmas decor with centerpieces, garland, lanterns and more, along with table linens and napkins in festive colors. Servers and bartending staff are also included to take care of you and your guests. Let us provide Holiday music or you may bring your own. A spirited drink menu with themed beverages also adds to the Holiday cheer!
The Trackman Indoor Golf Simulator Lounge
Add a fun activity to your event with two floor to ceiling simulator screens. Guests can play golf party games hitting balls into the screens with long drive and closest to the pin leaderboards or team competitions. Rental club sets are included for no extra fee. For non-golfing events, the screens can be utilized for Holiday movies, sports games or a slide show of photographs instead. This space includes tall vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, a wide burning fireplace, lounge and barstool seating and a private patio deck. Capacity of 10 – 60 guests.

The Eagle Hills Restaurant
Our restaurant is also available in December for private events and can accommodate up to 80 guests. It features a 20′ custom woodwork bar, open layout, and it’s own private patio deck overlooking the golf course.

$900 – Sunday – Thursday (December – February Only)

Entire Facility
For larger events with over 60 – 100 guests, utilizing both rooms works great and provides plenty of space. The simulator lounge can also be utilized as a second space for casino games or another activity.

Catering
Top-notch catering is provided onsite by our acclaimed chef team. We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients, tasty recipes and beautiful presentations that guests will remember long after the event. A minimum of $25 per guest in food and beverage is required for all events. Please also budget for a 6% sales tax and 20% service charge on all catering and hosted beverage selections. Outside catering is not allowed, as our low facility rates are a package deal with Eagle Hills also facilitating the food and beverage.
Full Bar Service
Themed cocktails are available to celebration the season! Beverages may be partially hosted, fully hosted, or guests can pay for their own.
Event Policy
A $550 deposit and contract are required to secure the date of your event. The final menu, guest count, table layout, linens colors and beverage requests are required two weeks prior. Payment in full is due one week before the day of the party.
