Eagle Hills Golf Course is a full service event center offering everything necessary to plan and execute a flawless special event with onsite catering, linens, customized table layouts, bar service and professional event staff.
Private Events
The newly remodeled Trackman Indoor Golf Simulator Lounge includes two large simulator bays to add a fun activity for your guests, or audio visual screens for photo slideshows and presentations. It is ideal for Holiday parties, team meetings, birthdays, showers, celebrations of life and bachelor festivities. Golf party games are available with long drive and closest to the pin leaderboards and various team games can also be active for the guests. Rental club sets are included for no extra fee.
For non-golfing events, the floor to ceiling screens can be utilized for giant projections of sports broadcasts and movies, meeting presentations or a slide show of photographs instead.
This space includes tall vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, a wood burning fireplace, lounge and barstool seating and a private patio deck. The capacity allows for 20 – 60 guests and we can set up additional banquet tables and chairs for larger events or those with more formal dinners. For December events, Holiday decor with centerpieces and festive linen is also included.
Onsite Catering
Treat guests and colleagues to catering from our acclaimed chef team. A wide variety of menu options are available including sit down plated dinners, buffet meals, heaving appetizer stations, brunch, meeting snacks and more casual bar food. Our catering gets rave reviews both in person and online! Items are prepared fresh with quality ingredients and artful presentations. Outside food and beverage is not allowed, with the exception of cake or cupcakes.
Full bar service is also available with beer, wine, liquor, specialty drinks and non-alcoholic options. Beverages can be fully hosted, partially hosted, or guests can pay for their own.

$1,600 Fridays and Saturdays
$1,200 Sunday through Thursday
Discounts apply if the standard furniture (24 seats) can stay as is. For larger events, banquet tables and chairs are brought in for additional seating up to 60.
Clubhouse Restaurant Rental
During the off season of December – February, our clubhouse restaurant can also be rented for Holiday Parties and End of Year celebrations with up to 80 guests. It features a gorgeous 20′ custom woodwork bar, it’s own private patio deck overlooking the golf course and open layout. For December events, Holiday decor is included with centerpieces, lanterns, garland and table linens in festive colors. Events with over 80 guests can also rent the golf simulator lounge for an added activity such as golf party games, a casino night or extra seating.
