Eagle Hills Golf Course Event Facilities


Eagle Hills is a full service event center offering everything necessary to plan and execute a flawless special event that fits your style, personality and budget.  Our location in Eagle, Idaho is just outside of Boise and central to Meridian and Star.  We specialize in wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate holiday parties, class reunions and anniversary celebrations and provide over 25 years of experience in catering and event planning.


Our Rose Garden Pavilion is available as an outdoor venue and includes a terraced gazebo perfect for dining al fresco and dancing under the stars.  Mature trees provide privacy and shade while the floral landscape offers a picturesque setting for you and your guests.  The adjacent Rose Garden Lawn is meticulously manicured by our golf course maintenance crew and can be utilized for wedding ceremonies or additional seating.  Square footage allows for over 300 guests for both a ceremony and reception, but smaller events with less than 50 attendants also work well in the space.

Indoors, the Cedars Banquet Room was remodeled in 2015 and features twenty foot vaulted ceilings, oversized crystal chandeliers and a wood burning fireplace.  White wainscoting, hand textured walls and brushed nickel accents provide an elegant, neutral backdrop complimentary to a variety of event colors.  Capacity allows for up to 200 guests.


We do not book two events on the same date, allowing for outdoor festivities to move indoors in case of inclement weather.  Both event venues feature a private lily pond waterfall entrance and ample parking.  Privacy is also provided in both spaces as golfers have other designated areas for food and beverage and walkways to and from the golf course.

Unforgettable catering is provided on site by our acclaimed chef team.  Items are prepared fresh with quality ingredients and modern display presentations utilizing natural stone, fresh herb garnishes, varied heights and menu display cards.  Menu items may be presented on a buffet or plated and served to your guests.  Hors d' oeuvres may also be offered on buffet stations or a tray pass by our serving staff. 


Consultations are available if you would like to customize a menu tailored to your event.  You may specify exactly what you are looking for or provide a general theme and budget and let our catering professionals provide recommendations for the event.


All food and beverage must be purchased through the Eagle Hills' catering department with the exception of wedding cakes and guest favors.  A minimum of $20 per person in food and beverage is required for all events.  Idaho State sales tax and a 20% service charge are applied to all catering selections.  Offsite catering is not allowed, as our reasonable facility fees are a package deal with catering minimums.  Wedding cakes are an exception and may be facilitated by an outside vendor.

Bar Service


Bar service is optional and available for an additional set up fee of $100 for events with under 80 guests, $175 for under 200 guests and $250 for over 200 guests.  Eagle Hills has a full liquor license with beer, wine and spirits available.  You may opt to let guests pay for all of their own drinks, host the entire bar or anything in between.  Hosted bars are available by category (such as beer and wine only), time period, beverage token or set dollar amount.


Raspberry lemonade, lemonade, fruit punch, soda, coffee, iced tea and sparkling cider may be hosted with or without bar service.  If no alcohol is provided these beverages may be available on a self serve table with only a three gallon minimum requirement per item and no bar set up fee.


Bar pricing is competitive and a price list is available for download.  Additional wine list is available upon request. 


All beverages must be purchased through Eagle Hills Golf Course with Idaho State sales tax and a 20% service charge applied.  Eagle Hills reserves the right to confiscate any outside alcohol and dismiss any guests who violate liquor policy.  Identification is required for anyone consuming alcoholic beverages.

From I-84/Eagle Road

  • From I-84 take the Eagle Road Exit (Exit 46) onto Eagle Road

  • Drive north on Eagle Road toward Eagle for about 6 miles

  • Turn left onto State Street at stop light

  • Turn left onto N. Edgewood Lane and follow as it curves up hill

  • Eagle Hills will be on the left at 605 N. Edgewood Lane

From Downtown Boise/State Street

  • Drive west on State Street toward Eagle  

  • Turn right (north) onto Highway 55

  • Take the first left onto Hill Road

  • Turn right onto N. Edgewood Lane and follow as it curves up hill

  • Eagle Hills will be on the left at 605 N. Edgewood Lane




Event Policy


A $550 deposit and contract are required to secure the date of your event.  Dates may be reserved up to two years in advance on a first come, first serve basis.  The final menu, guest count, table set up and linen colors are required two weeks prior to the event.  Payment in full is required one week prior.


Eagle Hills reserves the right to restrict decorations that may cause damage to the facilities.  Nails, tacks, tape, glitter and confetti are prohibited. 


Outdoor events may be moved inside due to inclement weather.  If the hosting party provides notice of the location change by one week prior there is no additional fee for the change.  Notice after that time will result in an additional $200 set up charge up to the day before and $450 set up charge the day of.  Eagle Hills Golf Course is not responsible for cancelation prior to or during an event due to weather or other acts of god.
