Eagle Hills Golf Course Private Meeting Space

 

The Cedars Banquet Room is available for private meeting space Monday through Thursday.  Our location in Eagle, Idaho is just outside of Boise and central to Meridian and Star.  A private entrance with attached patio deck is included and free parking is provided onsite.

Different seating arrangements accommodate a wide range of meeting styles and total guest counts.  The layout of the space is the choice of the event host.

 

U Shaped Table Arrangement

  • Best for groups with 20 - 30 in attendance. 

  • 8' x 30" tables in this shape will fill up the room and allow for it not to feel too large for smaller guest counts. 

  • Guests would be seated on the outside of the U only and all would face inward to facilitate open group discussions.

  • Table skirting in white or green included for the inside of the U shape.

Class Room Style Table Arrangement

  • Best for groups with 20 - 60 in attendance.

  • 8' x 30" tables would be placed parallel to each other or chairs can be placed in rows without tables.

  • Guests would be seated on one side of the tables only and all face the same direction to allow for great speaker visibility.

Round Table Arrangement

  • Best for groups with 30 - 140 in attendance.

  • 5' round round tables would be placed throughout the space.

  • Guests would be seated facing the middle of the table with six to eight guests per table.

  • Allows for easy group discussion among guests at the same table.

Banquet Table Arrangement

  • Best for groups with 100 - 180 in attendance.

  • 8' x 30"  tables would be placed throughout the space.

  • Guests would be seated on both sides of the table with eight to ten per table.

  • Guest tables would take up the least amount of space possible among the various table arrangements to allow for more open space in the room or larger guest counts.

Attached private patio deck as shown in the above two pictures is included with room rental.  Guests may utilize the space for breaks between meeting events.

 

 

Upgraded linen options including organza and satin overlays and chair covers are available for an additional fee.

Catering

 

Unforgettable catering is provided on site by our acclaimed chef team.  Whether you are looking for simple meeting snacks, continental breakfast or a full lunch or dinner, our chefs are sure to impress you and your guests.  Items are prepared fresh with quality ingredients and modern display presentations utilizing natural stone, fresh herb garnishes, varied heights and menu display cards.  Menu items may be presented on a buffet or plated and served to your guests.  Hors d' oeuvres may also be offered on buffet stations or a tray pass by our serving staff. 

 

Consultations are available if you would like to customize a menu tailored to your event.  You may specify exactly what you are looking for or provide a general theme and budget and let our catering professionals provide recommendations for your specific event.

 

All menu items  must be purchased through the Eagle Hills' catering department.  Idaho State sales tax and an 18% service charge are applied to all catering selections.  For more information regarding catering and menus, view the catering page.

Hosted Beverages

 

Non alcoholic beverages may be provided at a self service table.  All beverages must be purchased through Eagle Hills Golf Course.

  • Regular and Decaf Coffee with assorted flavored creamers, sugar, Splenda and Sweet N' Low - $12 per gallon

  • Hot Tea - $1 per serving

  • Iced Tea / Raspberry Lemonade - $12 per gallon

  • Bottled Water, Soda and Sports Drinks - $2 per serving

Ice water glasses may be placed at the individual guest tables with refill carafes or served at a self serve table for no additional charge.
